Savannah Ghosts seem frozen in time. Journeying downtown is like stepping out of Doc Brown’s DeLorean. Here, visitors find themselves surrounded by some of the nation’s oldest and most cherished homes – antebellum dwellings that owe their existences to mid-20th century preservation efforts. Just about every downtown building is an historical site – some with plaques on the outside along with cornerstone proof of date of erection and principal owner.
So… you want to find a ghost? The SAVANNAH GHOSTS Paranormal Investigation Tour is your chance to search out real paranormal activity – with a world-famous television ghost hunter!
Join Patrick Burns, star of TruTV’s “Haunting Evidence” and one of the world’s most acclaimed and respected paranormal researchers, as he guides you through the streets and squares of America’s Most Haunted City. Savannah, Georgia—the city built on its dead!
Patrick Burns was awesome. Believe this stuff or not (I don’t), his tour is exceptional. He rationally tells you true stories of murder around Savannah (you stand outside the homes and windows where it happened) and then he tries to talk to the ghosts of the dead. He is a full time ghost hunter and his wife is as well. He speaks around the country and was on a TV show for three years. I would go “investigate the paranormal” with him anytime!!! Again, you don’t have to be a believer to enjoy this great tour of Savannah!!! His tour ended at about 10:30 or a little later 2.5+hours and it flew by…

I loved it. It was creepy, informative, with some laughs in there. Patrick was our tour guide and he did an amazing job. He had all the equipment used on paranormal shows and the responses on them were accurate to our locations and questions . I was not expecting this. It is definetly the best of any ghost tour I’ve been on.

A couple of girlfriends and I did a tour with Patrick our last night in town and it gave me the heebie jeebies in the best kind of way! I was skeptical going in and expected at most an evening of silly and hokey fun. It ended up being the best albeit creepiest tour experience we had in Savannah. Patrick is fantastic. He is informative and matter of fact but also has a keen storytelling ability. He does not try to sell you the stories and convert you to a believer in the paranormal. Rather, the tour is an interactive experience. Patrick shares the history of the locations/homes and permits you to use ghost hunting instruments to make up your own mind about what you do or don’t believe. Some weird things happened on our tour (especially at 432 Abercorn) that I simply cannot explain and I left a lot less skeptical than I came in! I highly recommend this tour.
